Curvare Four Clone Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast 2006 (750ml)

This elegant creamy Pinot Noir made in the French style is comprised of four separate clones of the Pinot Noir variety including; 114, 115, Martini and Pommard. The vineyards are located in the Carneros and Sonoma Coast regions, where the cool climate creates wines with bright fruit and good acidity. Curvare uses the finest French oak barrels which produce a wine that is well balanced with rich cherry and vanilla overtones. By not fining or filtering the wine, all the natural flavors are left intact and some sediment may result. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to most foods and is delightful on its own.
